Calligraphy Supplies Jump To: Inks | Waxes | Seals | Pens | Quills

Here at Cobenick Studios, we believe not only in exhibiting much of what the arts offers us, but also in putting the tools of the arts into the hands of as many artists and would-be-artists as we can.

Our inks are made from high-quality, hand-ground pigments and are light-fast and durable.

Our waxes are resistant to breaking, cracking, tough enough for mailing. Made in 15 colors, and molded to fit in a hot glue gun. Available them by the single stick and eight-pack.

Our seals are hand-crafted and hand-cast of solid pewter. They include the entire alphabet and 15 different designs.

Our fountain pens are great by themselves, but they also make a great addition to any gift or wedding package.

Quills have been made & dyed by a skilled craftsman. All quills come in a variety of colors and styles.

Hand-Ground Inks

All of our inks are ground by hand in the studio from the finest raw pigments.
They are light-fast but not waterproof.
Inks are available in the six colors shown below.
Inks are priced at $5.00 per jar.

Waxes

The waxes we offer are resistant to breaking or cracking and even tough enough for modern mailing.
Made in 15 colors, they are molded to fit in a hot glue gun. Buy them by the stick or by the eight-pack.
Single sticks are priced $1.00 and 8-packs are $6.00 (Colors in 8-packs may vary)

Seals (Seals May have Varying Handle Designs)

All of our seals are hand cast with the finest solid pewter.
We have the entire alphabet cast in the very unique Black Adder Script as well as 11 very detailed Celtic and Historic designs.
Seals are priced at $15.00 - Large (Alphabet and most Symbols) and $12.00 - Small (some Symbols)

Fountain Pens

All of our pens are of high quality. They are hand-crafted of fine woods or acrylics and hand-painted by featured artist Stan Cook. Each pen utilizes refills from Parker or Cross. They come in 3 styles: Sierra, Monte Cristo, and Slim style.

Quills

Compared to the standard plastic stick pen, these easy to use holders allow you a more sophisticated option.
Our quill pen holders are handmade from start to finish. The dyed quills are trimmed, then hand-bound with a soft leather that can be wound and unwound to fit any modern nib from a crow's foot to a steel brush.
All of our quills come with one fine writing nib and a complimentary nib case / water container.
